Hello,

Your local chapter volunteers have been working for you on the state level to protect your license and your profession. Please see Jeff Gregg’s news item. Listen for the jingles thru the tax season supporting CPAs. This will be the handiwork of TSCPA.

Our chapter has reviewed our CPE policy. Jerry Mc Gee researched the CPE our local area firms would like offered. The most requested courses were Margin Tax, Yellow Book, an Oil & Gas course, Accounting & Auditing, and a Tax Update. We will pursue these, and we are open to suggestions on these or other courses.

During the tax season our meeting schedules change, we have tentatively set these days for our meetings. January 21st, March 19th, and May 20th. Our meetings are held at the Wichita Club, Downtown Wichita Falls at noon.
